Participants discussed opportunities to bridge home and school connections. Ideas include:
- Math vocab of the week
- Math and reading videos by top, sent home with manipulative bags
- Math in a Bag
- Book in a Bag
- Switching the writing and math topics for our already scheduled parent workshops (due to math being a higher need)
- “Teacher Helpers”
- Competition among math and reading skills
