Text Box: This is my first year teaching first grade at Newington and I absolutely love being a dolphin! Prior to teaching at Newington, I taught first grade in Richland School District Two at North Springs Elementary School for two years. I received my BA in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Carolina and my Master’s Degree in Instructional Accommodation from Francis Marion University. Teaching is truly my passion, and I love every minute of it! I love going to the beach and relaxing with my friends. I am very busy planning for my upcoming (and very exciting) wedding in July!
